We also provide asset and succession organization services, assistance for foreign investment in the national territory, international corporate structuring and other corporate routines of publicly-held or private companies, repatriation of foreign capital and various guidelines in relation to these matters.
Finally, the corporate team is able to issue opinions on the various types of possible business in this area, minimizing the risk of assessment by state entities, such as the Federal Revenue, Ministry of Labor, CADE, among other public administration bodies.
